My Story
My name is Josh Robinson, and I founded Joyce Legacy Group LLC not just as a business, but as a tribute to someone who meant everything to me — my late mother, Wanda Joyce Robinson.
She was a woman of unwavering faith, a devoted mother, and a true servant leader. As a social worker, she dedicated her life to helping those in need, always leading with compassion, strength, and humility. When she passed unexpectedly, I knew I had to carry forward the legacy she left behind — one built on love, community, and purpose.
That legacy became the foundation of this company.
With roots in Georgia and a heart for service, I started Joyce Legacy Group to honor my mother’s mission of supporting families, building communities, and creating opportunity. Through real estate — particularly wholesaling and community-focused investing — I’ve found a way to merge entrepreneurship with meaning.
Every property, every connection, and every transaction is guided by the values my mother instilled in me: faith, integrity, generosity, and vision. This isn’t just a business — it’s my calling.
